1. This buzzing corner we were sitting at was the center of his universe.
2. Returning from a cleansing trip to Italy, he educated the table on how to stop drinking coffee in colorful detail (I never gave it a go...probably should have)
3. And he told us of his incredible disdain for the blogging community - "nothing is original, everybody is just ripping everyone else off"...
But this was simply just too good NOT TO RIP OFF.

In the 15 years I've been wearing A.P.C. - this man has consistently been a source of inspiration & the definition of cool in my book. Not to mention, I never get rid of anything he designs. And how's that floor on Mercer Street??? That's always been the benchmark in retail timber...Did I mention he used to live and skate around my hood in Venice...Boom!
